Shipping Policy

We aim to have your order shipped and delivered to you within 3-5 working days. We ask that you be mindful that we are still getting the hang of our online orders, so we apologise in advance for any shipping delays. If your order is delayed we will keep in touch with you via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

* If you cancel your order before it has been shipped we will be able to refund you. Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been shipped we are not able to do refunds. Please be mindful of this when placing your order and double check that you have selected the right products.

* For products damaged in shipping, we will do our best to accommodate and fix the issue ( Photo proof will be required and will need to be sent to our email, along with your order number )

* For any damaged or faulty products, depending on the circumstance we will do our best to accommodate and fix the issue. We reserve the right to decline reimbursement or replacement of a product if it fails to fall under our returns policy.
